Doy you need sparkling teeth? Then prepare a mixture containing one teaspoon of lemon juice along with one teaspoon of bicarbonate and half teaspoon of salt. Use this as a toothpaste once a week.It will lighten your skin and helps in smoothing your rough edges of elbows and knees. Take a lemon and Cut it into two halves then rest your elbows in each for 15 minutes. Or you can squeeze juice of lemon and apply on your knees.

The Epsom salt bath is useful for treating infections like cold, kidney disorders, skin affections and catarrh. For Epsom salt bath the following procedure is used. First bathtub should be filled with 135 liters of hot water at 40 degree Celsius. Then one and half kg of Epsom salt is dissolved in this water. Before talking this bath the patient should drink one glass of water, must cover head with cold towel and the lie in the tub, completely impressing the body, legs and hands for 20 minutes.
