Fibers in diet reduces cholesterol

If we eat oily foods then cholesterol is accumulated in our body and more cholesterol will cause over weight. The only way to cholesterol is to reduce oily foods and doing exercises regularly. It is seen that fibres in diet will lower the cholesterol in our body. The most significant foods which contain fibres are wheat, rice, barley, rye, wheat bran; some legumes like carrot, potato, beet and turnips. Some fruits like mango, guava and some vegetables like lady's finger, cabbage are also containing deity fibres.
