The food contents like alcoholic beverages, condiments, pickles, cucumber, radish, spinach, onions, Rhubarb, Cauliflower, Beans, Cabbage, Meat, Carbonated waters causes irritation to the kidney. 1. Stop smoking

A man without eye is like a fly without wings. Therefore, we must take care of our eyes. Don’t watch television or sit before computer continuously, give a break. Keep your monitors at an inclination of 35 degree to prevent harmful rays entering into the eyes. Test the eye regularly. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Wash the eye in cold water to remove the minute dust particles in eyes which are invisible. Keep eyes away from radiations which affect eye. Drink plenty of water which remover toxic substance from the body. Don’t rub the eye with fingers or hand. Give massage to eye whenever it is paining. Apply cucumber slices to the eye, it will exercise the eye. Wear glasses while traveling in the road by vehicles. Consult doctor regularly. Doing meditation will keep eyes away from many diseases.
