Everybody wants to maintain the body with suitable weight. You must take correct actions to increase or decrease your weight. Overweight will cause lots of problems to your body. You must have correct weight for your age and height. If you are overweight then your heart has to pump blood faster to all the parts of your body. As a result of that you will get tired and suffer from heart problems. Therefore, you must control your weight. By simply sitting in your house the weight will not reduce. You must do exercise regularly. Exercise is the best way to maintain your body. Don’t eat too many oil items. Take food which contains less carbohydrate and more protein. Even if you eat oily foods you can maintain the body, but one condition you must do exercise regularly. Still, too much of anything is good for nothing, so consume less oil foods. Yoga is another way to maintain your body slim . Yoga also helps you to make your mind free from stress. Imagine that if you weigh 100 kg, the girls only stare at you. Cereals and Pulses both are very essential for our health. They are rich in minerals and vitamins. The nutrients provided by pulses are vitamin B and iron. Cereals supply energy as starch. By eating fruits and vegetables we can get healthy supplements, but don’t restrict intake of cereals and pulses as they are rich of the above nutrients. Calories produced by pulses are same as cereals in which 360 k cal per 100 gm with dry proteins. Pulses have a protein content of about 25% to 35% which is almost twice that of cereals. Pulses are the dietary controller. Pulses prevent coronary heart disease. Therefore, both the grains are needed for healthier life.
