Sleeping pills are not remedy for sleeplessness. They lower the I.Q, dull the brain and even causes fatal. It causes side-effects like indigestion, skin rashes, and respiratory problem etc… To overcome this problem one must maintain proper sleeping schedule. We must go bed and get up from bed at fixed time. Early to bed and early to rise is a good habit. It is most important for students, at examination times, keeping awake throughout night causes loss of concentration at examination hall. Avoid medication for sleeplessness, and have a better sleep at regular time to keep your body in good health condition.
