In today’s world there are lots of tensions and stresses occur. We have no time to relax. Meditation solves this problem. The objective of meditation is concerned with training of mind to remain fixed on an external or internal location. Actually concentration on meditation is a difficult thing, but one can fix this problem by constant practice. It will be advised to concentrate on God or Atman. Meditation does a lot of changes in our body. It will create the balance in nervous system, enable glands to maintain correct hormonal balance and overcomes the feeling of depression. It should be done in a particular time and regularly. Without regularity it is of no use. Early dawn and dusk are preferred. The atmosphere must be serene and peaceful. Meditation will helps in mental health. Just spend half an hour daily to relief your stress and tension. Do meditation and live healthily.
