Among other non-vegetarian foods fish is good for health. Fish is easily available at most of places. It is cheap when compared to other meats. It has many medical functions. It has less fat and helps in preventing heart diseases. It has vitamin e which acts as anti-oxidant agent. It reduces the risk of cancer and prevents the most dangerous diseases stroke. It helps in increasing memory and hence it helps your children memory. More over it is rich in taste and easy to digest. Even old people can chew it easily. Only thing is that we must aware of fish bones while eating it, because it may stick into mouth and causes bleeding. Fish is preserved and used for medicine preparation.
