Good health is essential for our life. Try these ten tips to make your life healthy.
1. Stop smoking
Smoking is injurious to health. Smoking causes lots of illnesses to our body, so stop smoking to live healthily.
2. Reduce stress
Stress causes blood pressure, so try to meditate and relax yourself to relieve from stress.
3. Drink water
Drink plenty of water. Water will detoxify you.
4. Wear a seat belt
Wear seat belt while driving; it will prevent you from death.
5. Reduce alcohol consumption
Alcohol will cause lots of disorder in our body, so stop consuming over alcohol.
6. Laugh
Laughing keeps you healthy, so try to laugh to get away from tension and lead a healthy life.
7. Don’t ignore changes.
Don’t ignore the pain or changes in your body, get it checked out. Doctors will cure the illness quickly if you consult him immediately whenever there is change in your body condition.
8. Sleep
Your body needs sleep to regenerate, sleep through 8 hrs a day and live a healthy life. Lack of sleep will cause death quicker than normal death.
9. Take tests
Consult doctor often and take test.
10. Check yourself
Check yourself for breast cancer, testicular cancer and skin cancer regularly and consult doctor if you found any changes.

Ask them to smoke continuously until they get bored. only up to two days they can able to smoke after that they them self know about the effects of smoking . After two or three weeks u can notice change in them. Note : this will work only when the person agrees his mistake. if he really want to live for long days , he will quit smoking.
Good Tips, but i cant trust my self to do step one.

@ opa just try 2 smoke lesser than usual .. continue it and minimizes it least level...
smoking reduces others health also so plz stop it
