Actually, we all love to eat more foods, but little food is enough to make us healthy. Eating more foods only add toxic substance in the blood. Fasting is a time of rest. During fasting a lot of energy is spent to remove the waste toxic substance and poisons. Only fresh juices are taken during the period of fast. The juices are mostly grapes and orange juices. Patients get much physical rest and mental relaxation during the fast. The overweight persons prefer fasting as they go without food. They want to lose weight by fasting. Normal and slim persons don’t prefer fasting, as they get tired. The simplest thing I am saying is that eating less makes us to live long without any health problems.
