Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. The aspects of health are physical health and mental health. People must have both the health in order to live happily. Physical health is the result of good exercise, proper diet and nutrition, and proper rest. A strong indication of health among localized people is height and weight, which increase due to improved good nutrition and diet. Genetics plays a major role in people’s height. Weight is influenced by their standard of living and quality of living. The study of human growth is called tautology. Mental health refers to one’s emotional and psychological well-being. As a result, in order to live happily one must have physical emotional and social well-being. Exercise is needed to maintain physical fitness and overall health. By doing exercises regularly we can prevent many diseases like cancer, heart attack, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, back pain and most of the diseases. Hygiene is the practice of keeping the body clean and neat to prevent the occurring of diseases. Hygiene includes bathing, brushing and flossing teeth and washing hand, especially before eating. We must take care of health by prevention and treatment of illness.
