Now a day’s back pain become common among those people in sedentary occupation. Safety measures must be taken to control and prevent back pain. By doing exercises regularly we can reduce back pain. Safe exercises include walking, swimming, and bicycling. Excess weight also causes back pain, so we have to control our weight. Excess weight causes stress in back. Those people who are in sedentary occupation must take rest and break with every one hour. Soft cushioned seats should be avoided and position should be changed often as far as possible. People with back pain should sleep on firm mattress on their sides and knees bent at right angles to their torso.
